February 10, 2009 ELGEKA S.A. would like to notify the investing public that today, on the 09th of February, it has reached a provisional agreement with "KATSELIS SONS S.A.". Both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the exclusive distribution of "KATSELIS SONS S.A." 's products by ELGEKA S.A. in the Greek Market and specifically to the Super Markets, Retailers and Wholesalers / Food Services. ELGEKA S.A. will undertake the activities of Selling, Trade Marketing, Logistics and Merchandising of the above mentioned products. The detailed terms and conditions of the collaboration will be further developed and will be added at the final agreement which will be singed by both parties by the 31st of March 2009.
