July 10, 2007 Application of article 2 of the decision 5/204 /2000 of the B.D. of the capital market Commission, and in reference to the recent publication in the electronic Press, we would like to inform the investing public that AXON HOLDINGS has not proceeded to the purchase of shares of the company "SOUROTI" nor has it come into contact with its shareholders. As pertains to the procedures for the merger by absorption of SOUKOS HIGHTECH A.E. which has been renamed ACHAIKI HIGH TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY S.A., the Company is processing a final merger draft contract. With the taking of decisions by the responsible members of the company, the Company will proceed to the direct and detailed notification of the investing public.
