August 31, 2007 AXON HOLDINGS S.A. hereby announces to its shareholders and the investing public that on 29/8/07 its subsidiary company SONAK S.A. transferred 80% (80,000 shares) of DATA DESIGN S.A. for the amount of Euro 1,350,000 to EUROPROCUREMENT S.A., a subsidiary of EUROMEDICA S.A., as DATA DESIGN S.A. is active in the production and development of medical software and supports the entire network of EUROMEDICA S.A. nationwide.
