June 26, 2008 AXON HOLDINGS S.A., based on Decision No 3/347/12-7-2005, Article 2 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces to its shareholders and investors that on 9 June 2008 AXON entered into a bond loan agreement for the amount of euro 10,000,000 with the Bank of Cyprus so as to meet the company's investment needs. The term of the loan is set at three years.
