HOLDING COMPANY, following its announcement dd. 18/9/2007 regarding the B.o.D's decision dd. 14/9/2007 regarding the purchase of its own shares, pursuant to art. 4 of EC Regulation 2273/2003, hereby announces that between 08/02/2008 and 02/05/2008, it proceeded to the purchase of 66,838 own shares at an average acquisition price of 2.7951 Euros.
