September 24, 2008 Subsequent to the announcement made on 9/9/2008 concerning the Group's total aggregate bank liabilities of euro 362.6 million, AXON Holdings S.A. is also informing retail investors that these bank liabilities can be analyzed thusly: The parent company, AXON Holdings, S.A. euro 48.8 million, the subsidiary company Euromedica S.A. euro 290 million and the remaining subsidiary companies, euro 23.6 million.During 2007, the subsidiary company, Euromedica S.A. which has the largest share of the total amount of loans in the AXON Holdings Group, expanded by 21 units throughout Greece (clinics and diagnostic centers) through acquisition and establishment of new companies. Total value, euro 89 million. During the first six months of 2008, it expanded a further 14 units. Total value, ?35 million. Also, during 2007 and the first half of 2008, it also renovated existing units and acquired new property. Total value, more than euro 69 million Today, it has a network of 64 units active in the health sector: 14 clinics, 45 diagnostic centers and two rehabilitation centers in 19 prefectures all over Greece and three diagnostic centers in Albania. In addition, two rehabilitation centers in Thessaloniki and Karditsa are under construction at this time while the construction of IONIOS General Clinic in Kerkyra (Corfu) is nearing completion as is the deliberation on the construction of a rehabilitation center in Kavala, whose construction is to commence soon. Included in the Group's immediate plans are the construction of a retirement center in Herakleion, Attica, the creation of a psychiatric center and rehabilitation center in Patras, a rehabilitation center and general clinic in Ioannina and a rehabilitation center in Herakleion, Crete as well as further expansion of the Group's network of diagnostic centers. The aforementioned investments, which will contribute to the further development of the Euromedica Group, is scheduled to go into effect with capital that will arise from the Group's profits in combination with an increase in capital that the Group is scheduled to raise during the next twelve months so that it will not adversely affect the relationship between the company's own shares and foreign shares. During the first six months of 2008, AXON Holdings proceeded with the establishment of AXON Financial Services, S.A. the acquisition of 80% of PANCRETAN HOLDINGS S.A. (currently, AXON Management S.A.) as well as the purchase of 50% of Venture Capital Fund (AKES) from Pancreta Cooperative Bank, an investment with a total value of ?3.1 million. The remaining 50% of AKES belongs to the New Economy Development Fund S.A. (TANEO). AKES's total assets are fixed at euro 40 million and, as of today, shareholders have contributed 15% of the capital. Today, AXON Holdings Group owns 53 pieces of property throughout Greece with a total combined value of euro 265 million. Of these, 47 belong to Euromedica Group, valued at euro 224 million, and three - valued at euro 35.3 million, belong to AXON Holdings, S.A.
