November 25, 2008 Notification of significant changes in voting rights according to Law No. 3556/2007 Our company's shareholder AXON COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PRINTING S.A., in its letter of 21/11/2008 informed as that on 20/11/2008, due to the purchase of shares, increased its participation in the total voting rights of AXON HOLDINGS S.A. from 14.5489 % to 15.0406 %. Respectively, the voting rights of the above shareholder were increased from 5,894,001 to 6,093,191.
