December 13, 2007 COSMOTE announces that its Board of Directors submitted today to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and published according to L. 3461/2006 its reasoned opinion regarding OTE's Voluntary Public Tender Offer for the acquisition of all COSMOTE common shares. The reasoned opinion is accompanied by the reports of the BoD's financial advisors, EFG Telesis Finance S.A., Morgan Stanley & Co. Limited and N M Rothschild & Sons Limited, and concludes, inter alia, that the Offer Price of euro 26.25 per share is fair from a financial point of view to the holders of the tender offer shares.
