February 8, 2008 COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, L.3340/2005 (art. 13) and the 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005 decisions of the HCMC's BoD, that on 6/2/2008 Ms I. Nikolaidi, COSMOTE Chief Legal Counsel, General Director of Competition, Legal & Regulatory Affairs Division, sold 11,960 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 313,950 euro.
