February 12, 2008 COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance to L.3556/2007, L.3340/2005 (art. 13) and the 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005 decisions of the HCMCs BoD, that on 6/2/2008 Mr K. Liamidis, General Manager Advisor to the CEO, sold 14,270 common ordinary shares of the Company of a total value of 374,587.50 euro.
