February 27, 2008 COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA announces, according to article 27 L.3461/2006, that it has been informed by HELLENIC TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANIZATION SA (OTE), that the latter submitted to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission a request for the squeeze out of COSMOTE's remaining shares (namely 3,581,305 shares) at a price equal to that of the Public Offering, hence 26.25 euro per share in cash, according to the legislation in force. OTE assumes the payment of the 0.08% clearance duties levied in favour of HELEX for the off-exchange transfer of the shares, which otherwise, according to the legislation in force, would burden COSMOTE?s shareholders. NOTE: In accordance to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 par.1 and 21) and L.3340/2005 and the decisions of the HCMC's BoD 1/434/3.07.2007 and 3/347/12.7.2005.
