April 10, 2008 COSMOTE MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. announces, in accordance with par. 6 article 27 of L. 3461/2006, that following the exercise of the squeeze-out right in the context of the Voluntary Public Tender Offer of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), OTE SA has been registered at the Dematerialized Securities System, as the new holder of the 2.949.662 COSMOTEs shares, which were the subject of the squeeze-out right. Consequently, OTE SA holds 335.957.300 shares of COSMOTE, which represent 100% of its paid in share capital and voting rights.
