September 4, 2007 AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on the 29th of August 2007, shareholder and general manager (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Emmanouella Vassilakis bought 1,970 shares of Autohellas S.A. with a total net value of euro 11,110.80 thus increasing her participation in the company/s share capital and voting rights from 8.95% to 8.96%.
