November 21, 2007 AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on the 20th of November 2007, shareholder and Account Supervisor (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), Konstantinos Siambanis bought 1,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. with a total net value of 5,220.00 euros.
