December 5, 2007 Autohellas announces, following the regulation of the Athens Stock exchange market and the obligations dictated in Law 3340, that according to the stock options plan approved by the Annual shareholders meeting on the 22nd of May 2003 which is thoroughly explained in the informative document of Law 3401 and can be found at the company s website (www.hertz.gr), 240,000 stock options mature in December 2007. Beneficiaries are 8 upper management employees as they have been appointed by the company s Board of Directors. This will conclude Autohellas s stock options plan which referred to years 2005 and 2007.
