September 30, 2008 AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 29th of September 2008, shareholder and President of the Board of Directors Theodore E. Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 100,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 192,000.00.
