October 1, 2008 AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 30th of September 2008, shareholder and General Manager of AUTOHELLAS S.A Emmanouella G.Vassilakis, (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), bought 90,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 168,300.00. On the same day (30/09/2008) shareholder, and President of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS S.A. Theodore E. Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), sold 90,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 168,300.00.
