January 20, 2009 Autohellas/Hertz announces, following the merger between the companies Avis and Piraeus Best Leasing both of which are under the control of Piraeus Group, that Autohellas/Hertz will now hold 20% of the new merged company, since it held 48.08% of Piraeus Best Leasing.
