January 21, 2009 AUTOHELLAS S.A. announces, in acordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 20th of January 2009, shareholder and General Manager Emmanouella Vassilakis (person obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), bought 4,561 shares of Autohellas S.A. at the total value of euro 5,489.54.
