January 24, 2008 Thrace Plastics Co S.A. in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007, coupled with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr Konstantinos Chalioris, Vice President and Managing Director of the Company (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) proceeded on January 23, 2008 with the acquisition of 24.302 common registered company shares, of total value of euros 26.474,89.
