October 21, 2008 The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on October 16th 2008 by COMINVEST ASSET MANAGEMENT GmbH, that on October 10th 2008, the said company proceeded to the sale of Company's shares, and as a result, its total number of shares decreased from 58,849,899 to 58,718,515, hence its percentage on the Company's total number of shares changed from 6.00% to 5.99% and its total number of voting rights decreased from 49,119,899 to 48,988,515 hence, its percentage on the Company's total number of voting rights changed from 5.009% to 4.996%.
