October 30, 2008 The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following the notification received on October 29th 2008 by the company P.N. GEROLYMATOS S.A. that its 100% subsidiary company BOXWOOD LIMITED, proceeded to the purchase of the Company's shares, and as a result, its indirect total number of shares increased from nul to 80.000.000, hence its indirect percentage on the Company's total number of shares increased from nul to 8,158% and its indirect total number of voting rights increased from nul to 80.000.000 hence, its indirect percentage on the Company's total number of voting rights changed from nul to 8,158%.
