November 4, 2008 NIREUS SA announces that the implementation of the third annual series of its stock option plan is suspended for a maximum period of up to one year because of the current market price of the stock. The plan has been approved by General Assembly of 5/6/2006 and its terms have been decided by the Board of Directors on 31/10/2006. The BoD of the company reserves the right to re-activate the plan if the conditions permit.
