August 20, 2008 In compliance with Regulation No 2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities, the Company discloses that in implementing the decisions as of 12.10.2007 of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting and the Board of Directors, within the past week and namely on the date mentioned hereafter proceeded with the purchases of own shares through the securities company ALKI Securities as follow: On 19.08.2008, 2.949 shares of average acquisition cost 1,95 euro.
