June 9, 2006 According to the provisions of the legislation in force and in the framework specified by the decision no 3/347/12.07.2005 of the BoD of the Capital Market Committee, Babis Vovos International Construction S.A. announces that by the decision of the Board of Directors dated 01.06.2006, Mrs Eleni-Ageliki Paraskevopoulou has been appointed as the new internal auditor of the Company in replacement of Mr. Michael Elefteriadis who resigned from that position. Mrs. Paraskevopoulou is the new internal auditor of the Company as of 08.06.2006.
