The preliminary purchase agreement with ETMA S.A. and HELLATEX S.A.

August 25, 2006 BVIC S.A. announces that it signed a preliminary purchase agreement on the 24 August 2006, with ETMA S.A. and HELLATEX S.A. regarding the assets owned by the two companies located in the district of Elaiona in the municipality of Athens, with a total land surface of approximately 100,000 sqm, at a price of Eur 31,280,000 and Eur 18,720,000 respectively. The aforementioned land plots are located within the borders of the Metropolitan intervention and combined urban regeneration and development of the areas of Alexandras Avenue and Votanikos, according to L.3481/2006.
