February 22, 2007 The management of BVIC S.A. announces the following with regard to the press release on the website 'capital.gr' on 21 February 2007: The Group has not yet signed a final sale or lease agreement for the asset it owns at 340 Syngrou Avenue. If a final sale or lease agreement is signed for the aforementioned asset, BVIC will issue a press release to the relevant authorities and the investment community in line with its common practice. The strong interest that has been expressed for the asset on 340 Syngrou Avenue confirms the meticulous selection process undertaken by BVIC SA when acquiring assets. The asset will be optimally used in consistency with the Group's main strategic goal of maximizing shareholder value.
