May 31, 2007 In accordance with article 281 of the Athens Exchange Regulation (Decision 1/304/2004 of the Capital Market Commission), we send to you the information available to us pursuant to article 5 of P.D. 51/1992 in connection with the acquisition of our company's shares by Schroder Investment Management Limited (SIM). Following the purchase that took place on the 25/05/2007, Schroder Investment Management Limited (SIM) has increased their participation in our company from 9.69% that they previously owned to 10.62%, or from the three million two hundred eighty seven thousand eight hundred (3,287,800) shares that they owned, they now own three million six hundred and one thousand eight hundred sixty nine (3,601,869) shares.
