June 11, 2007 In accordance with article 281 of the Athens Exchange Regulation (Decision 1/304/2004 of the Capital Market Commission), we send to you the information available to us pursuant to article 5 of P.D. 51/1992 in connection with the purchase of our company's shares by Schroders Plc. Following the purchase that took place on the 24/05/2007, Schroders Plc has increased their participation in our company from 9.54% that they previously owned to 10.62%, or from three million two hundred thirty eight thousand twenty four (3,238,024) shares that they owned, they now own three million six hundred and one thousand eight hundred sixty nine (3,601,869) shares. Schroders Plc is the parent company of Schroders Investment Management (SIM) in which name previous disclosures were made.
