April 4, 2008 'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' announces, under the rule of law 3556/2007 and the decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission of Greece, that Mr. Charalampos Vovos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BVIC, purchased 25,000 BVIC shares at euro 18.99 per share or euro 474,642.54 in total on April 2nd, 2008.
