April 9, 2008 Nel Lines S.A., according to law 3556/2007(articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mrs. Anna Boutsouridou, a person closely associated with the Managing Director of the Company, (wife of Mr. Apostolos Ventouris, considered an insider according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), purchased 400.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 278.880,00 on April 8th 2008 through an investment account.
