April 9, 2008 Babis Vovos International Construction SA" announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 07 April, 2008 FIL Limited (FIL) gave it notice that on 29 September, 2005 the total percentage of shares held by FIL Limited was increased from 4.98% to 5.05%.
