June 30, 2008 "Babis Vovos International Construction SA" announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 27 June, 2008 Fidelity European Fund gave it notice that on 26 June, 2008 the total percentage of shares held by Fidelity European Fund was increased from 4.64% to 5.03%.
