September 25, 2008 Babis Vovos International Construction SA announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 22 September, 2008 Schroders Plc gave it notice that on 19 September, 2008 the total percentage of shares held by Schroders Plc was decreased from 4.83% to 4.76% (Schroder Investment Management Limited 3.80% & Schroder Investment Management North America Limited 0.96%).
