December 8, 2008 The Executive Board of BVIC S.A. announces that the Chairman of the Athens Exchange Board of Directors decided the temporary suspension of trading BVIC S.A. shares, as of December 8, 2008, for 5 days, taking a relevant BVIC request into consideration. BVIC request aimed at ensuring the regular operation of the market and protecting investors so that they can be properly informed regarding the appeal for a temporary suspension of the building permit and the appeal against the approval of the related environmental conditions referring to the building complex in Votanikos within the context of the joint redevelopment of Athens (Alexandras Avenue and Elaionas) and the relocation of the Panathinaikos FC stadium.
