January 9, 2009 "Babis Vovos International Construction SA" announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 8 January, 2009 FIL Limited (FIL) gave it notice that on 7 January, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by FIL Limited (FIL) was increased from 9.84% to 10.26%.
