January 16, 2009 'Babis Vovos International Construction SA' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 14 January, 2009 Allianz SE gave it notice that on 5 January, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by Allianz SE was decreased from 5.15% to 4.86% (Dresdner Kleinwort Securities Limited 4.86%).
