January 26, 2009 'Babis Vovos International Construction SA' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 22 January, 2009 Commerzbank AG gave it notice that on 20 January, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by Allianz SE was increased from 4.85% to 5.17% (Dresdner Bank AG 5.17%).
