January 28, 2009 Babis Vovos International Construction S.A. announces that it has proceeded today with the submission of an appeal for the retraction of the decision (number 57/2009) of the Committee for Suspensions of the Council of State, regarding the suspension of construction works of the shopping mall in Votanikos (land plot 45a) of the Municipality of Athens. This appeal is based on new facts, that arose after the issuance of the above-mentioned decision.
