February 2, 2009 "Babis Vovos International Construction SA" announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 29 January, 2009 Commerzbank AG gave it notice that on 28 January, 2009 the total percentage of shares held by Commerzbank AG was decreased from 5.10% to 4.969% (Dresdner Bank AG 4.969%).
