November 6, 2006 On November 6, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 559/10.10.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 1.000 (CB) shares of the Company COCA-COLA E.E.E. S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on November 3, 2006, by a percentage greater than 3%.
