S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capita increase due to the Stock Option Plan from 126 beneficiaries - the Company' personnel-, as follows: 52.127 shares at an issue price of 23,32 Euro, 12.472 shares at an issue price of 20,97 Euro, 148.826 shares at an issue price of 17,06 Euro, 364.259 shares at an issue price of 14,68 Euro, 20.000 shares at an issue price of 12,08 Euro, 182.000 shares at an issue price of 14,53 Euro, 40.400 shares at an issue price of 12,95 Euro, 301.570 shares at an issue price of 16,76 Euro, 239.095 shares at an issue price of 18,63 Euro and 15.165 shares at an issue price of 23,30 Euro. On January 24, 2007, the total number of the Company's listed shares amounts to 242.067.916 (CB) shares, of par value 0,50 Euro.
