March 20, 2008 Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, Hellenic) announces that its Board of Directors will be proposing a dividend for 2007 of Euro 0.25 per share at the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders scheduled to be held on Monday 23 June 2008 in Athens, Greece. Doros Constantinou, Managing Director of Coca-Cola Hellenic, commented: "We are pleased to propose a significant increase of 17% to our dividend payment in 2007, reflecting management's ongoing confidence in the strength of our proven business model to deliver superior returns to our shareowners". The record date for the dividend payment will be Tuesday 24 June 2008. Starting Wednesday 25 June 2008, shares will be trading on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-dividend. The payment of the dividend will commence on Thursday 3 July 2008.
