April 24, 2008 Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. (Coca-Cola Hellenic, Hellenic, Company) announced today the filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on Form 6-K of its audited US GAAP financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 (the "Financial Statements"). The Financial Statements are available on the SEC's website at www.sec.gov as well as on the Company's website at www.coca-colahellenic.com (where shareholders may also find the Company's annual report containing its IFRS financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007). The Company will make available to any interested shareholder a hard copy of the complete Financial Statements entirely free of charge. The Financial Statements include the opinions of the Company's management and of its independent auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, on the effectiveness of Hellenic's internal controls over financial reporting pursuant to the requirements and standards of Article 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Coca-Cola Hellenic is pleased to announce that its management has concluded that the Company's internal controls over financial reporting were in all material respects effective as at December 31, 2007. Its independent auditors have also issued their unqualified report on the Company's internal controls over financial reporting and the Company's US GAAP financial statements.
