June 10, 2008 Listing of shares due to divided Re investment - As of June 10, 2008, the 1,245,604 (CR) new shares of the Bank EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Dividend Re-investment program from 4,486 shareholders at an issue price of 19.42 Euro. On June 10, 2008, the total number of the Bank's listed shares amounts to 527,591,242 (CR) shares.
