June 17, 2008 EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. ("the Bank") announces, in accordance with Regulation of the Commission of the European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Bank dated April 8, 2008, and the resolution of its Board of Directors of that date, it purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member EFG Eurobank Securities, as follows: a) On 6 June 2008 the Bank purchased 166,000 shares, with average cost price euro 18.09 per share and total purchase price euro 3,003,607.18 b) On 9 June 2008 the Bank purchased 118,000 shares, with average cost price euro 17.52 per share and total purchase price euro 2,067,391.22 c) On 10 June 2008 the Bank purchased 65,498 shares, with average cost price euro 17.01 per share and total purchase price euro 1,114,073.75 d) On 11 June 2008 the Bank purchased 141,000 shares, with average cost price euro 16.61 per share and total purchase price euro 2,342,220.61 e) On 12 June 2008 the Bank purchased 42,108 shares, with average cost price euro 16.41 per share and total purchase price euro 691,088.63 f) On 13 June 2008 the Bank purchased 67,500 shares, with average cost price euro 16.31 per share and total purchase price euro 1,100,832.47 MINOAN LINES SA : Announcement of regulated information according to the Law 3556/2007 The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity "ATLANTICA S.p.a. di NAVIGAZIONE" associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) bought 6,400 ordinary shares of a total value of euro 26,790.40 on June 13, 2008. The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with the L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
