July 7, 2008 EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. closed its first bond loans securitisation, for an amount of euro 2,500,000,000 issued by Anaptyxi SME I PLC, a public limited company in the United Kingdom. The Class A Notes were rated Aaa by Moody's. The transaction was arranged by Citigroup Global Markets Ltd, Deutsche Bank AG and Eurobank EFG Telesis Finance Investment Firm S.A .
