September 21, 2007 AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the Decision no 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and for the purpose of estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that the share capital of the Company amounts to one hundred seven million one hundred twenty five thousand and six hundred fifty Euros (107,125,650 Euros) divided into seventy one million four hundred seventeen thousand and one hundred common voting registered shares (71,417,100 shares), of par value of one euro and fifty cents each (1.50 euro).
