November 6, 2007 We notify the investment public of the following: In the Condensed Financial Data and Information for the period beginning 01.01.2007 until 30.06.2007 and more specifically in the Statement of Changes in Equity on a group basis for 30.06.2007, the net profit for the period 01.01-30.06.07 includes an amount of -26.44 thousand euros that concerns the sale of subsidiary AEROGRAMMES ELLADOS - AERODROMISSIS S.A (discreet title AIR GREECE) that was fully impaired during the transition year and the loss of 26.44 thousand euros resulting from the sale of the company in March 2007 was directly deducted from the equity. In the Interim Financial Statements for the period commencing 01.01.2007 until 30.06.2007, in the Statement of Changes in Equity of the Group for 30.06.2006, the column Minority Interest and in the line Net profit for the period 01.01 -30.06.2006 the amount of -218.60 thousand euros was mistakenly included instead of the correct amount of 218.60 thousand euros. Consequently, the following amounts are restated accordingly: a) Net profits for the period 01.01 - 30.06.2006 is restated from -218.60 thousand euros to 218.60 thousand euros. b) The sum of total profits recognized for the period 01.01.2006 - 30.06.2006 is restated from 614.30 thousand euros to 1,051.50 thousand euros c) Minority interest is restated from 1,323.77 thousand euros to 1,760.97 thousand euros and d) The balance as at 30 June 2006 is restated from -1,422.35 thousand euros to -985.15 thousand euros. Accordingly, in the Condensed Financial Data and Information for the period beginning 01.01.2007 until 30.06.2007 and more specifically in the Statement of Changes in Equity on a group basis for 30.06.2006 the following amendments took place: a) Net profit 01.01 - 30.06 is restated from 614.30 thousand euros to 1,051.50 thousand euros b) Balance as of end of period at 30.06.2006 is restated from -1,422.35 thousand euros to -985.15 thousand euros. In relation to the comparable basic financial information for the discontinued operations in 2006 (concerning GOLDAIR HANDLING S.A.) the following information is provided:
