April 16, 2008 We notify the investment public of the following: The Company has re-approved the Condensed Financial Data and Information for the period beginning 01.01.2007 until 31.12.2007 due to the modification of the presentation of the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement for the period beginning 01.01.2006 until 31.12.2006 in accordance with the requirements of the International Accounting Standards. In addition, the Company re-approved the financial statements for the period beginning 01.01.2007 until 31.12.2007 as it added information in the Group Statement of Changes in Equity for the period beginning 01.01.2006 until 31.12.2006, aiming at correctly presenting provided information. Aforementioned amendments have being approved by the Company's accountant auditors, have been posted on the Company's website (www.aegeanair.com) and have been submitted to the Athens Exchange.
